Colorful and fun fruit kabobs with a creamy yogurt dip, perfect for any gathering. Quick to assemble with no cooking required.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 large orange, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes, seedless
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1 cup purple grapes, seedless
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all the fruit thoroughly.
  2. Hull the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel the orange and slice into 1-inch wedges. Cut pineapple into 1-inch chunks. Leave grapes and blueberries whole.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon zest (if using). Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate while assembling kabobs.
  4. Arrange fruit on a cutting board in rainbow order: red (strawberries), orange (orange), yellow (pineapple), green (grapes), blue (blueberries), purple (purple grapes).
  5. Thread fruit onto skewers starting with strawberry, then orange, pineapple, green grape, blueberries, and purple grape. Repeat until skewer is full, leaving about 1 inch at the bottom.
  6. Place finished kabobs on a platter. Serve with yogurt dip in a small bowl.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Add dip just before serving.

Notes

Use firm, ripe fruit for best results. For dairy-free, use thick coconut yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey. For mini kabobs, use toothpicks. Chill dip before serving for thicker consistency.
