  • ½ cup (90 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the zucchini using a box grater. Place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
