Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, peel and section the oranges, peel and slice the kiwi, and cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks. Keep blueberries and grapes whole. (Approx. 10 minutes)
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons honey, the juice of one lime (about 2 tablespoons), and 1 teaspoon lime zest until smooth and slightly runny but well combined. Warm honey slightly if too thick. (Approx. 3 minutes)
  3. Thread the fruit pieces onto each skewer in a rainbow pattern: start with a strawberry half, then green grape, orange segment, kiwi slice, pineapple chunk, and finish with blueberries. Repeat until the skewer is full but not overcrowded. (Approx. 10 minutes)
  4. Arrange the skewers on your serving platter. Evenly spoon the honey-lime drizzle over the skewers. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh mint leaves if using. (Approx. 5 minutes)
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours. Avoid making too far ahead to prevent sogginess.
