Instructions

  1. Prep the Strawberries (5 minutes): Wash, hull, and slice about 1 ½ cups of fresh strawberries. If they’re extra sweet, toss with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of sugar to balance the flavor. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Yogurt Base (3 minutes): In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup) and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir gently until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
