This easy cranberry white chocolate fudge comes together in under five minutes with no double boiler required. It’s the creamiest, most beautiful fudge you’ll ever make, perfect for holiday gifting or a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (140g) dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, 1 tablespoon orange zest, flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches of overhang on two opposite sides.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir to coat the chips.
  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir thoroughly. Repeat in 30-second intervals until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy (about 2 to 2.5 minutes total).
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries (and any optional mix-ins) until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  7. Refrigerate uncovered for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Use the parchment paper sling to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into 1-inch squares with a sharp knife, wiping the blade clean between cuts.

Notes

Do not overheat the white chocolate; use 30-second intervals and stir thoroughly. Room temperature ingredients help prevent seizing. The fudge tastes even better the next day. For clean cuts, run the knife under hot water and wipe dry between cuts.
