These easy caramel apple slices with toffee bits are a quick, no-bake dessert that comes together in just 10 minutes. Crisp apple slices are drizzled with warm, creamy caramel and topped with crunchy toffee bits for a perfect sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large apples (about 300g each), such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji
  • 11 ounces (about 310g) soft caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (about 60g) crushed toffee bits
  • Optional: flaky sea salt, melted chocolate, chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples. Cut into slices about ¼-inch thick. Remove the core and seeds. (Optional: toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.)
  2. Place the unwrapped caramel candies and heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour the toffee bits into a small bowl.
  4. Arrange apple slices on a serving platter. Drizzle warm caramel over each slice.
  5. While caramel is still warm, sprinkle toffee bits over the top.
  6. Optional: add a pinch of flaky sea salt, drizzle of melted chocolate, or chopped nuts.
  7. Serve immediately within 30 minutes for best texture.

Notes

Don’t let the caramel cool too much before adding toffee bits or they won’t stick. For best results, serve immediately. If making ahead, keep components separate and assemble just before serving. To prevent apple browning, toss slices with lemon juice.
