Creamy, protein-packed overnight oats with peanut butter and a hint of cinnamon. A quick, no-cook breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced banana, dark chocolate chips, extra peanut butter, chopped nuts, cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, chia seeds (if using), and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add rolled oats and stir until fully coated and submerged.
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight (8-12 hours).
  5. In the morning, stir the oats. If too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency.
  6. Add toppings of choice and enjoy cold or microwave for 30-60 seconds for a warm breakfast.

Notes

For best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats. Mix wet ingredients first to avoid clumps. Protein powder can vary in absorbency; start with 3/4 scoop if using a new brand. Oats keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
