A refreshing and easy-to-make cold brew lemonade slushie that balances rich coffee with tangy lemonade, perfect for parties and warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups (950 ml) cold brew coffee
  • 2 cups (475 ml) fresh lemonade
  • 4 cups (about 600 grams) crushed ice
  • ½ cup (120 ml) simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest (for garnish)
  • Optional: A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chill cold brew coffee and lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. If you don’t have crushed ice, pulse regular ice cubes in your blender or food processor until small, snow-like pieces form.
  3. In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine cold brew coffee, fresh lemonade, and simple syrup. Stir well and adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Working in batches, add about 2 cups of the liquid mixture and 2 cups of crushed ice to the blender. Pulse until smooth and icy. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour all blended slushies into a large pitcher or bowl. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh lemon zest and mint leaves if desired.
  7. Optional: Add a splash of vanilla extract before the final blend for extra aroma.

Notes

Chill all liquids before blending for best texture. Use crushed ice for smooth consistency. Blend in batches to avoid watery slush. Adjust sweetness by tasting before blending. If slushie is too thick, add cold brew or lemonade and pulse again; if too thin, add more ice and blend briefly.
